Terms of use

Welcome to the Manor, Darling. A few house rules keep it a safe, discreet and rather delicious place to be. By joining, you agree to them.

Who can join

• Everyone on a profile must be 18 or over. No exceptions, ever.
• A profile can be a solo, a couple or a group, and everyone on it must have agreed to be on it.
• One profile each. Your name is your handle here and can’t be changed by you (Message Lucy if it really must).

Be real

We allow only real people with real profiles. No fake profiles, no pretending to be someone else, no using someone else’s photos. Fakes are removed the minute we become aware of them. Please help us by using the report button if you uncover a fake.

Consent, always

Online and at events, a no is a no, and so is a maybe. Respect the boundaries people set, including when someone blocks you or doesn’t reply.

What you post

• Your photos, videos and words stay yours. By posting them you let us show them to members in the way you’ve chosen, and nowhere else.
• Only post photos and videos you have the right to share, with the agreement of everyone who appears in them.
• Never anything involving anyone under 18. Nothing illegal, hateful, threatening or harassing.

Discretion

What happens at the Manor stays at the Manor. Don’t share other members’ photos, messages, names or event details outside the site, and never out anyone. Event addresses are shared with guests in confidence: keep them that way.

Events

Each event is run by its host, and any money is sorted directly with the host; we aren’t part of those arrangements. Follow the host’s rules, look after each other, and take sensible care when meeting people you’ve met online.

Not a marketplace (yet)

Please don’t use the site to advertise paid services, sell things or send spam. We do plan to introduce a marketplace in the near future where members can sell, trade or buy things – stand by.

Reports and removal

If something isn’t right, report it and Gage will look into it quietly. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules, straight away if it’s serious.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, and your information goes with it (see the Privacy policy).

Free, for now

Everything here is free at the moment. If we ever add paid extras, we’ll tell you first, and you’ll never be charged for anything you haven’t chosen.

The sensible bits

• We work hard to keep the site running and safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of faults.
• Each member answers for what gets said and done, here and in person. We can’t be responsible for members’ behaviour, but we will act on reports.
• Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under New Zealand law. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
• If we change these terms, the date below changes too, and we’ll tell members about anything important first.
